1. Fee description

    N.B.: The delegates are to be issued delegate ID cards (with photo) upon signing in for the symposium. They will also be issued a whole set of symposium documents and will be allowed to participate in all activities of the symposium. The deadline for registration is May 15, 2002. Any application after this end date will be charged an additional amount of 30% of the overall registration fees.

2. Provisions of Sponsorships

3. Symposium Advertiser Bidding

    1) Board advertising: The symposium provides board advertising, the specification being 0.9*2m
       per piece.
       Cost: Inside the venue: RMB￥200,000, outside the venue: RMB￥100,000
    2) Proceedings advertising: The symposium will print exquisitely-made proceedings (colored A4 size),
       publishing the brief introductions, speech outline, important papers of the guest speakers
       and the corresponding organizations at home and abroad. The proceedings will be distributed to
       guest speakers, participants and the news media.
       Cost: Inside sheets: RMB￥ 30,000 per page, inside of front cover: RMB￥ 100,000 per page,
       inside of back cover: RMB￥ 100,000 per page.
       N.B.:
       a. The enterprise shall provide the contents of advertising to the secretariat of the
          organizing committee. The contents of advertising: company name, company description,
          company logo.
       b. The enterprise shall provide the contents of advertising to the secretariat of the
          organizing committee no later than April 25, 2002. Any submissions later than this date
          shall have to pay an additional amount of 30% of the overall cost. This provision is also
          suitable for sponsors.

4. Provisions regarding feature presentations
   Registration fee: RMB￥ 200,000
   The organizing committee will provide the major themes, parts of hardware facilities and the time needed for the presentations. The details of the topics may be determined by the guest speakers.
