| Article 11: The outlay
of WSPIS is mainly from membership dues. The annual due
of membership is RMB25, 000.
Article 12: The membership
dues must be used to support the Salon¡¯s development and
should not be distributed among members
Article 13: The main usage
of the membership dues will be on :
I Salon publications and communication
II Meeting and publicizing expenses
III The related expenses of Salon experts
Article 14: WSPIS will set
up and strictly comply with the financial management regulations
to ensure the legality, authenticity, accuracy and integrity
of the accounting
Article 15: The WSPIS has certified
public accountants. The accountant is not allowed to hold
a cashier¡¯s post concurrently within the Salon and accountants
must adjust accounts and implement accounting control system.
