Chapter2 Membership

Article3: WSPIS carries out the membership system. All those pharmaceutical manufacture, trading &distributing company and related organization who could comply the law of P.R.C, agree with this regulation and follow the rules of WSPIS can apply the to be a member of WSPIS , and can own the membership after reviewed and approved by Salon council. Article4: The member of this Salon should meet the following standards: Ⅰ Support the regulation of WSPIS Ⅱ Be willing to join WSPIS Ⅲ Engage in pharmaceutical manufacturing and trading & distribution companies or pharmaceutical related organization in China. Article5: The affiliation procedure is: Ⅰ Submit the application procedure is: Ⅱ Examined and accepted by the Salon council Ⅲ The secretariat authorized by the Salon council will issue the membership card Article6: All members have the following rights: Ⅰ Participate the activity of WSPIS Ⅱ Have the priority to enjoy the services of WSPIS Ⅲ Supervise and make suggestions and comment on the work of WSPIS Ⅳ Join and quit WSPIS all by his or her own wish Article7: Obligation of the members Ⅰ Carry out the decision of WSPIS Ⅱ Maintain the legal rights of WSPIS Ⅲ Pay the membership dues as required by the regulation of WSPIS Ⅳ Report and provide related information of company to WSPIS Article8: The members should inform WSPIS in written when withdrawing, and return the membership card. It is considered to be withdrawing from WSPIS automatically if the member don’t pay the membership dues or don’t attend the activities of WSPIS in two consecutive years. Article9: When a member’s conduct has been proved to be detrimental to the regulation of the WSPIS, his or her membership can be terminated by the Salon council
